My Coolfiretrainer was in need of some service and I sent it in to the manufacturer. The service was done promptly and turnaround was about a week. I’m back up and running now. Great people!

I love that I am able to practice at home everyday. Installing the cool fire is very simple. I love the ability to have recoil when practicing.
