First off: I'm from Germany, but I dealt with customer support through the Cooler Master Fan Zone. Purchased product: Cooler Master Evo 212 Black edition (RGB) The first time a Molex adapter was broken and I got a replacement after a brief conversation with customer support. This time (also the reason I'm writing this review) I was missing a certain cable for enabling RGB on my fan. After searching EBay and not finding anything I contaced the CM support, stating that I lost the cable, but was willing to pay for it. Support said that I just need to give them my adress and it will arrive in a week or two - awesome! Apart from that the cooler cools my older i7 4790k really well + it came with a kit for the AM4 platform in case I would switch to AMD. Definitely recommend CoolerMaster based on this experience!
