Conzoll. Buyer beware.... bought a custom doormat. Thought it was cute added our pet names. Turns out it's not a doormat. It's more like a soft little bath mat. (Silky, no texture, no grip) Definitely NOT a doormat. If people attempted to wipe their feet and the front door they'd slip and fall. Terrible product. Can't return because it's custom.

It was unclear I provided my picture and someone else’s picture came up instead of the one I provided. A picture of my son and his finance. Jared & Mackenzie so. I emailed and have no number to call.

I have yet to receive my purchase and no one seems to know where it is.

The item did not look at all like how it was pictured.Yes we're here. It was flat and rather cheap looking. This was a gift for someone I know who recently lost her chihuahua. I am most disappointed in the quality of this product.

Hopefully, the keychain is nice.
