Want to make sure the pic was what I uploaded

Ordered over a month ago, says it shipped after 5 days of placing the order. Tracking number received but it has never left the origin country. Messaged customer support 2 days ago and was told it will be another 2-3 weeks before delivery. Cannot dispute the charges due to tracking number appearing valid. Be wary on ordering from this site.

The mat is a good size, the color is terrible, I ordered it and it was supposed to be black and brown, it was black and orange, I will never order from them again, not willing to fix their misunderstanding

I have sent several requests to confirm that you received the correct picture. No one has responded, it shows a picture of an elderly women and not my dog!

Able to choose everything about him that was close to accurate. Would however like to be updated as to when my item will be shipped to me. How long is my wait?
