Convene always delivers a good experience, both the space and food at the 32 Old Slip location are great

Convene provides a very professional and streamlined experience. Their facilities are first rate, the staff is helpful. The catering was outstanding. We ran into a small snag with billing efficiency, but I think that's been remedied. I highly recommend them!

Venue is definitely improved with renovations.

Very conveniently located and business vibe venue. Nice and helpful staff. Only the loading in and out can be more flexible and freight lifts operates longer hour to fit move-in / out needs.

Food and service were very good

Very usable space. Comfortable furniture in the meeting room and great area for lunch outside. Restrooms could have been better but no big deal. Great location. Staff was well trained and easy to work with.

Overall, consistently reliable experience. Some of the older facilities need paint/cosmetic touch-ups and I hear a lot of complaints about the men's rooms in 3rd Ave and Old Slip locations from my stakeholders. But food, service, AV and overall space is great.
