Had a great experience with Convene. Their customer service is excellent, responsive, and attentive. They were so different and yet approachable compared to many hotel venues I've worked with in the past, and we loved the layout - the airiness, design, and modern furnishings. Many of our guests had strict dietary restrictions and Convene was very easy to work with, and we got rave reviews for everything from the snacks at the Nourish Stations to lunch to the reception food. They were very eager and willing to work with our nonprofit limitations, and so many guests left wanting to book Convene for their meetings.

We just completed our third full buyout of the 117 W. 46th Street location. There were a lot more moving parts for our team than the first two events, and the Convene team was incredibly responsive and Uber-professional through the process. Their AV and services teams are top notch!

Daniel's Team including Willa, Daniel, and Nereo are true Professionals and this was our second Forum. The entire Team on site was amazing as well.
