Consumerlab. Poor consumer service.
Consumerlabs communication is exceptionally poor. For a company saying it informs consumer advice, Consumerlab did not respond to the many emails sent to them. When eventually they did, they did not answer my questions. What is the problem with this company, Consumerlab, that cannot respond to consumer queries!

Hi Nijel, we are sorry that you did not get our response to your emails or the answer to your question. We looked back at records and noticed that you mentioned to customer service that you reside outside of the United States. I think this had something to do with the communication error, and we would love to hear from you again if you are still interested in becoming a member of Consumerlab.
