I asked about a product and was told you would be doing tests on it next month.

it researches and supplies information that one should know about the truth that products say on their labels. also, whether there are too much of the correct ingredients as well as harmful ingredients. it can make companies accountable. it will also look into claims about products to see if there any believable/comprehensive research to support those claims. it guides purchases with the information.

Overall, ConsumerLab is a wonderful resource for reviewing and rating foods and supplements, particularly in regard to safety issues - e.g., potency, heavy-metals and other toxins, and clinical evidence of benefits and risks in certain products. My ONLY frustration is that “Top Picks” are sometimes a revolving door, with some products dropping from “Top Pick” to “not approved” at all. But definitely worth the price of subscription.

I'm glad to be a member of consumerlab but I don't think enough supplements/herbs are reviewed. Several of the ones I'm taking don't exist on the site, so it would be helpful to someone like me if you reviewed a wider variety.

I've come to rely on consumerlab to help guide my purchase decisions for supplements and certain foods that are known to have problematic heavy metal content or arsenic, for instance. I appreciate their thorough research and consider my subscription money well spent that helps me maintain my good health.

As a retired nurse, I'm always looking for the best and healthiest products to buy. It may be supplements, protein powders, chocolate, etc. I appreciate the thoroughness of testing and reporting. The only negative is that frequently the product I'm interested in was not included or evaluated in the testing process (ex. Tera's Whey Protein powders.) I certainly realize there have to be limitations to the number of products tested. Although, many of the products tested don't seem to be carried in the more popular stores or have to be purchased though a website that most people won't bother with. I would also appreciate when a product is reviewed that you would put the name of the store where it can be purchased. I appreciate the Costco reviews of fish oil and other products that I do purchase (ie. Ubiquinol, B Complex, Adult Multi, etc.) I recently purchased Swanson's Boswellia for joint pains that you reviewed. Thank you for your hard work.

Viewing and navigating your website through an Android device is not a smooth experience. Sometimes it just doesn't function and it's not possibly to navigate through the review at all. At tones when I got to the top of the table, it stops working and it goes blank from the top of the table down.
