New purchase phone line
The helpful person I spoke to determined what accessories I needed and gave me the item numbers to add to my computer order. A suggestion for improvement is that I needed to dial 800-800-0014 instead of “888-213-0607 & the prompt new purchases” to get through to a live person. My experience since I started purchasing computers from PC “Connection” has been very good.
