I would have given 5 stars, but you didn't give me the opportunity to use my PayPal Account as I did the last time I purchase from ABBYY.

Order hold and fraud review is excessive. I know you need to mitigate losses and risks, but your policies are not documented and contrary to what your order form actually allows. Manual changes to order information, like changing shipping address, also may cause more problems than they solve.

Before I placed my order, I went back to the search feature to make sure I had the right product and see what it looked like. I entered several key words several times, but the words never pulled up the item, a cube Tripp Lite power outlet. I think you need better/more search line Tripp Lite Cube.

Quick delivery and was in stock! Exactly the SD card holder I was looking for, and at a very good price! Have been dealing with these folks for years now.

We had a one day ice storm that hit the day my iPad was to be delivered. But four days went by before I received it. But I still got charged for the ice-day delivery. Bad form!

I ordered wrong fan for computer. Called and with 15% restock fee decided to send back. The service rep took information and I’m now waiting to hear about the correct fan to be ordered, hopefully.
