The customer service and the internet service is great for me and my work station

As we have traveled the east coast, Connecten has been our reliable internet choice. With great service and excellent customer relations, Connecten is monile connectivity made easy.

Communication is the key!

I had used a friends router, and was very impressed with Connecten internet. I ordered mine and in setup had a glitch arise. I called cutomer service and Rochelle V tried on her end and ended up having a technician reboot my system so i could log in. She called me back and stayed on line till I had logged in and help with resetting passwords and such. professional and couteous all the way.

Called this evening and spoke with Rochelle about us not getting a good connection. She called us back and advised that cell service where we are is quite limited but she got us connected and its been working great since. Thank you Connection and Rochelle for your great customer service!

We have been using ConnecTen for just over a year now. We use it in our camper when we are on the road, so we just reach out each time we change locations and they find the best speed and provider available. Jasper has been super helpful the last few times we've needed a change. It is also super easy to stop/start our service when we aren't on the road. We just pay $15/month for the months when we aren't on the road. Very statisfied with the product and would recommend to anyone needing internet.
