Told about #6 antenna not working and as of this date 10/27/25 still haven't heard anything from anyone. Edit: received email from trustpilot and they sent following email: Lisa, everything seems to be okay on our end. I don't think the antenna is affecting the connection that much. Verizon is the best network in the area so you should be good. If you still want to replace the antenna, you can order one for $10. Good Evening, Lisa! It has been brought to my attention that you are still having troubles with your unit....In our last correspondence with you, we let you know that we checked your unit, and switched you to Verizon to see if it would help....we also mentioned replacing the antenna and we did not hear back from you.... I'd love to have a conversation and see if I can't get things sorted out with you! Please click the link below to schedule a quick meet with me: I sent email back asking why I needed to pay for an antenna I didn't break? Response back was a copy of their supposed response to this review. Claimed they have tried multiple times to call me and that is a lie, a bold faced lie at that. My phone has NEVER rang with a call from them EVER!!!

We live full time in our RV and we have had Connecten for our internet for two years. It has been spectacular. We have been all over the country and honestly, have never had a connection issue. If we end up in an area and have a slow connection, we just call the customer service number and they have us up and running in no time at all. We highly recommend this company.
