I accidentally sent the wrong cryptocurrency as a payment method. They were able to retrieve it for a small fee. Response and action were very fast. Very happy with their customer service.

I'm updating this review from 1* to 3* as I eventually received my funds back from Confirmo after about 10 days. Previous to that there was no response to emails and it was only after posting a review here that I got a response and my refund was actioned

I give Confirmo 4 stars as one among a bunch of services that help people to do better within their investments and Gabriel is one of the great assistant within this platform to helped resolving the error I have made upon my purchase. 4 stars because of the fee reduction.
