Very disappointing experience with Confirmo. I accidentally sent USDT (TRC20) instead of TRON (TRC20) for an invoice and contacted support immediately to ask whether the funds could be returned to the original sending wallet. Confirmo told me that recovery requires a minimum fee of $20. However, because my payment was below their minimum threshold, they said they could not process the recovery. I repeatedly asked whether the funds could simply be returned to the wallet they came from, but I never received a clear solution. What concerns me most is that their support team said funds sent in the wrong currency “could be lost,” while refusing to clearly explain how the funds could be recovered or returned. Customers should be very careful to verify the exact currency before sending any payment to Confirmo. Based on my experience, once a payment exception occurs, getting a clear resolution from support is extremely difficult. I hope Confirmo reviews this policy and provides a reasonable way for customers to recover funds sent by mistake, especially when they are willing to cover reasonable processing or network fees.

Title: Terrible Support - Missing Funds for Invoice invRY8pA3R3I6A2 Rating: ⭐ (1 Star) I paid 45.02 USDT via Optimism on Sept 21 for invoice invRY8pA3R3I6A2. Support claimed the transaction was "successfully recovered," but the funds never reached my wallet or the merchant (FundedSquad). Now support refuses to provide a valid refund TxID or clear proof. My funds are completely stuck due to poor service. Please resolve this immediately!

scam **000 Star – Refund issue and lack of clear resolution** I had a very disappointing experience with Confirmo as a payment gateway. I made a payment of **136 USDT** through Confirmo for a merchant purchase. The payment was successfully sent on the Solana network, but the payment could not be completed. Confirmo later told me that the funds had been recovered/refunded. They provided a refund transaction showing **116 USDT** being sent to this address: `FeUkNoTvv3fjCCY89ZpMMnVZh6gjC5G1YwnQtNWbcSst` However, the **116 USDT has not appeared in my BingX account**. What concerns me most is that Confirmo now claims that I had previously provided this wallet address for the recovery. I do **not recall providing or approving this address**. I have asked Confirmo to provide the original email/message proving when I supposedly provided this address, but this issue remains unresolved. I have the relevant **BingX withdrawal records, blockchain TXIDs, refund transaction and email correspondence** documenting the case. Original payment TXID: `5Ap4Fo7tiGDH1enZSzfG4ocDP9EzhatnPNr54RiZPtXLWJjkLdfDCyAY2MfJvtPnKjDz6PQPB6QCs8WGWWAaVrdi` Refund TXID: `4pxVKxC1PaKCd5rsbzXNi9DHRAKdmFTqvETCpZ32MwnmXPjHVQ9F79nBtHa6dR4Nhiefk41DouVvQTPkzUHiTUw` My main concern is not simply that there was a payment problem. It is that I still cannot clearly establish **where the refunded 116 USDT went and why it was sent to an address that I do not recognize as my BingX wallet address**. I hope Confirmo will provide the original evidence showing that I personally supplied and approved that refund address and help resolve the issue transparently. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about using Confirmo for future cryptocurrency payments. scamer
