These guys are awesome. There are times in real estate business where I need something to help me bridge the gaps and they are able to make it happen quickly and without any trouble. You don’t need your Broker signature for the advance either which is a big reason I wound up choosing them.

Let me start off by saying- I NEVER leave reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. I’ve used Concord Commission Advance at least 10 times over the last couple years, and they are hands down one of the best and easiest companies to work with if you’re a real estate agent and need a compensation (commission) advance. They are fast, efficient, SUPER friendly, willing to work with you if the closing is delayed, and SO. MUCH. CHEAPER. than any of the other big advance companies out there. The advance fee on a $5,000 advance with the company I used to use would cost me over $1,500, turning that $5k advance into $6,500, and with Concord, the fee on the same $5k advance cost less than $500, saving me a ton of money when I need an advance to keep my business running during slow times or between closings. These guys deserve every bit of a 5-star review and then some! If you need a compensation or commission advance, reach out and get a quote from them. You won’t regret it.
