As a broker-owner
As a broker-owner, I’ve now had two separate experiences where I was approved for an advance on a property, only to be told after the fact that it was actually for a different deal. Both times, the title companies involved were in conflict, creating confusion and delays. In the end, I paid for an advance I didn’t even get to use—for less than five days—twice. This company lacks transparency and coordination. I wish I could leave a better review, but both experiences were a waste of money and time.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. To keep our pricing the lowest in the industry for broker-owners, we’ve designed our process to avoid hidden fees or restrictive terms that many other advance companies impose—and most won’t work with broker-owners at all. We make every effort to explain our process clearly in both our agreement and application, and we always take feedback into consideration to further enhance our service. If you’d like to discuss your situation directly, our management team is available at 888-923-8262 Ext. 7.
