This was our second time with conceptions and just like the first time, we are very happy with our experience! They always take care of us! We have a beautiful almost two year old and pregnant with a second one!

Very caring and compassionate staff. Office is run very efficiently. Very pleasant experience. We did get pregnant and my only “complaint” is that Conceptions doesn’t offer OB services. We would have loved to stay with this group throughout the entire pregnancy.

Everyone was very nice and I like how each person, from the doctor to the financial representative, sit down with you and go over the plan!!

We went to 2 different fertility clinics before going to conceptions and I wish I had gone there first. The doctors and staff are so welcoming, they make you feel like you are the only patient they are concerned with. They are so knowledgeable and answer all your questions with ease and professionalism. We are so happy and excited to be bringing a little one into our family in June! Thank you Conceptions!!

The staff was friendly however they used a lot of acronyms which made understanding my situation difficult. I was also a little disappointed that the financial information I was given was not the whole picture, as I had been lead to believe it would be, but instead, the cost to get the tests required before we could begin the fertility treatment process. I was hoping to get a better understanding of the costs and process for the whole endeavor up front.
