I haven’t received my order

Delay in receiving the parcel after ordering in March this is May and have not received the products.

I order conceive us back In august of 2019 and I'm 7 months pregnant due August 9 2020. This really work and its amazingly easy to use and comfortable as well as safe. I love it thanks conceive plus.

Never received my package. Never got my money back. Worst customer service ever. Like I said worst company ever. How dare you write that as a response. Literally f*** your company. Just take people money. That’s all y’all care about.

It took 3 weeks to get my package. Within the 1st week I asked about my package since it said 1-3 days. I was told my package was ready to ship and it wouldn't be long for me to get a message with tracking. A week later still no message so I messaged again, now I was told that they were waiting to restock an item that was in my package that was sold alot and they didnt expect it, even after a week earlier I was told the package was ready and that it was just waiting to be taken in to be shipped. But I was told as soon as they get the missing item she was going to make sure to ship priority. So a couple days later I get my shipping info in my email and received it a couple days after. All in all it took 3 weeks and 2 messages to get my stuff. For sure wouldve taken longer without me checking in on my stuff.

I have not got my order yet. It's been a month. And the agent can't give me accurate information regarding my order.
