After I paid I got no communication as to where my product is I ordered more than ten days ago and still didn’t receive my product . Very disappointed

Me and my wife trued getting pregnant for a year after her tubal surgery where they could only fix one tube. 1 month after using the male/female bundle of conceive plus we were pregnant

I ordered a product and it never arrives, then I requested a refund.

We shipped your order correctly to Mexico using the address you provided for your order and it was disappointing that it was not delivered to you despite the efforts we went to. We are glad that we were able to take full responsibility for this and give you a complete refund even though it was not our fault and the circumstances was fully outside our control. We understand that some customers love to express their frustration about delivery on Trustpilot with one star reviews and we are truly sorry that you were not able to experience Conceive Plus products because of the delivery issue.
We had been trying for over a year until recently, I really got the prefilled applicators first on Amazon and then ordered the trial but I got pregnant after the first prefilled applicator I used before I got the trial lube. I was skeptical when I saw conceive plus at first so it took me almost a month before giving it a try then boom 💥 I ended up pregnant, I used it the same day I received it February 19th and got pregnant so I want definitely put the rest aside for next time thats for sure

They sent me supplies for 3 months and it was about to expire. When I contacted them back they said your good. Meaning they forced me to consume it very fast. At the same time, the pills did not worked for me. I have been using them for 6 months. It is a waste of money. I have picture of the package. I order it by the end of Nov and instead of sending me a product have enough time to get expire, they sent me 3 boxes would have expired in March 2024. When I asked the customer desk agent she was not helpful and when I asked here for the review she advised me to send it to her directly

Please note that the free sample you received had expiry is at the last day of the month and not the first of the month. This special free sample product offer allowed many thousand of consumer just like you to try the product for free for a limited time. The sample size Conceive Plus fertility lubricant contains just 3 pre-filled applicators so there was plenty of time to use the product and experience the user-friendly design of our lubricant applicators. The expiry date of this product was clearly displayed in bold on the offer page and we are very sorry that this was not clear enough at the time of your ordering. We aim to provide full transparency to our customers so they can make an informed decision about our products before ordering. Didn’t do anything as far as pregnancy, but does help regulate your cycle. I use it for pcos and it does help lessen the symptoms without taking other drugs. However, shipping sucks and even if you pay for quicker shipping, your package still arrives way late. I have emailed them about this issue. One time I got a refund for my shipping after having to ask for it they never offered and the other time I got absolutely no response. You need to order it plenty in advance of you actually needing it. Otherwise you will miss doses and it will throw your cycle off.

(16 March 2024) I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I PLACED MY ORDER AND PAID FOR AND CONFIRMED ON THE 27th OF JANUARY 2024. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 7-14 WORKING DAYS TO SHIP TO SOUTH AFRICA. THE 1st ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE. ON MARCH THE 13th I THEN RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO AGREE TO A RESHIPMENT. NOW I WILL SEE IF THIS ORDER WILL COME OR IF THE PRODUCT/ORDER REALLY EVEN EXISTS. COMMUNICATION IS THEIR WORST ENEMY. (17th March 2024) ON THE EMAIL I RECEIVED ON THE 13th MARCH, IT WAS STATED THAT I SHOULD CHECK BACK “IN A DAY OR 2” FOR MY TRACKING DETAILS. I CONTACTED THEM ON THE 15th FOR THE TRACKING DETAILS AND RECEIVED NO REPLY BUT HERE YOU ARE RESPONDING TO MY REVIEW. HOW ABOUT SENDING MY TRACKING DETAILS FIRST?? “IN A DAY OR 2” YOU SAID. SO IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT VIA AUTO-EMAIL “IN A DAY OR 2” . HOWEVER I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT EMAIL WHICH ONLY SHOWS ME YET AGAIN THAT YOU SAY ONE THING ON EMAIL BUT YOUR SERVICE PROVES YOU’RE LYING. ITS THE 19th , STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER. HOWEVER DO WHAT YOU ALREADY CONCLUDED ON THE EMAIL YOU SENT ME ON THE 18th.
