**edited to add it has now officially been a full month, and they still haven't even shipped* I'm only giving two stars because my first order came super fast, like the next day. I ordered over two weeks ago and this hasn't yet shipped. When you're actively ttc, two weeks is enough time to completely throw off your baby making efforts. They did email me like a week after ordering to let me know processing time would be delayed and sent me a small discount code for my next order, but I don't think it's okay that it's been delayed this long. Ordered Au Natural Conception from Amazon in the meantime. With that being said, I didn't see anything wrong with the pills. I felt okay on them and just because I didn't conceive the first month doesn't mean I wouldn't have this month, but unfortunately I never got the chance to find out. i want a refund. I never received the products

I placed my order for his and hers supplements on April 18th, they weren’t in stock but the website said they would be able to ship around April 26th. On May 7th, i emailed the customer service department for an update on the order since I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation. I have been emailing back and forth since but still have no date as to when my product will arrive. I requested the order be canceled, but they refuse to do so. Edited 5/28: Since emailing on May 7th, customer service has verified my shipping address. The rep has sent 3 emails suggesting that the product would be sent within the next couple days.

It’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my order

been a month and still no product still hasn't even been shipped. horrible company don't think ill even recieve the items I paid for a month ago. I've gotten products from China fast than this.

Once I started taking this it made my cycle irregular and I was not able to conceive

One month and it regulated my cycle/ovulation. I can already tell a difference in my body. Looking forward to next month and hopefully a baby soon!
