4 weeks and the stuff hasn't even shipped. It should show on their site that "we don't care about you and who cares when you get the items"... response to the reply from the vendor:: no email was sent about the order being shipped, so I don't know what the deal is?... you people can say sweet things, but the bottom line is the items has not shipped nor did we get a email about when it will arrive. Chatting with the representative put us in a loop of: "we dont have enough in stock, so just keep waiting". I would not buy from these folks. Let this be of help to someone who need the stuff ASAP. You'll definitely not get it in 2 to 3 days If they are so backed up with the orders, on the order/product & receipt page, they should have a warning that the items may not ship for weeks or even months... These items are now useless since the person I purchased it for doesn't even want it... im out $90 As for their request to contact them first, we did attempt via chat several times without any help, just that it will ship "whenever"... The companies that go into a defensive in their reply should not be someone we should buy from... And yes, we need to warn each other... i would never do business with these folks...

I highly recommend this product. After trying for almost 4 years we tried this product and it happen fast.

I started using the pills and the lubricant last month and I’ve never missed my period or been late for years it’s clock work. The product made me missed my period came In a week late, caused severe cramping for 2 weeks after my ovulation and literally made me think I was having implantation cramps. I heard from other ladies that the pills will mess your cycle if you don’t have any issues to begin with. But the worst part is that this company will erase all negative reviews or comments and even block you on fb from commenting, they only allow positive ones. This is bad business. They need the let people share their opinions and experiences no matter they negative or positive but seems like they just worry about how much of a product they can sell. It’s ok not everything is for everybody and they need to sell with honesty not just painting a perfect picture for everybody. I will be seeing a doctor next week to make sure everything is ok because these long term severe cramps got me worried. Answer To The Reply: First of all all your answers to questions very generic keep replying with same thing. Second and most important please read my review carefully I did not say my ovulation cycle messed up I Said “my cycle meaning my period messed up”. There a lot of other females who had same missed/late period issue and severe cramping, I know because I already found them on a Facebook page. I am not making false statements as comments I am sharing my own experience with others and that is my right but you erasing every negative comment but leaving only shipping related ones and positive ones not right.

No package insert in the lubricant box upon receipt. Product is a horrible consistency. Dries very quickly. Not happy, wasted money. In response to this being a service survey...the service I received was also subpar. I had paid for shipping, the very next day you offered free shipping. I sent three inquires asking to be credited the shipping promo since it was only the day after and I just received the runaround.

The capsules works wonders, but I found them a bit difficult to swallow as they are big for me . It would have been nice to make them as easy to swallow. But I definitely will recommend it to friends anytime any day. Kudos
