Really glad I found Reid’s Computer service. Charlie, the office manager, was so helpful answering my many questions. Having someone to come to my home to do the setup was great. Chris was prompt, wrote down necessary information for future reference, and was so good explaining things that I wasn’t completely understanding. Highly recommend!

Found and fixed my PC battery problem. PC would not charge well or stay charged even when plugged in. PC seems to lose battery power if not plugged in faster than I thought it would, apx. 1% per minute, but it charges when plugged in and maintains power if PC shut down and not plugged in. They did what was asked them to do in a timely manner!
