Great program! The coaches really care and know their stuff.

Nick (my Commit Action coach) is simply the best. Over the course of this past year, I feel like I am not only more productive because of his sincere coaching but also developing the sort of character and discipline that will reap dividends in the future! Accountability of this sort is the long-lost secret of going far because you quickly lose steam when you go it alone!

Working with Commit Action keeps me focused on tasks that I need to do each week to keep my business moving in the right direction. The annual planning that we do each year builds the big picture. Setting milestones for the next 90 days and the weekly calls helps break these big plans down into manageable chunks, so stuff really does get done!

As analytical and ultra-organized as I would like to think I am, I run out of patience with taking all of that thinking and responsibility on alone and watching my creative nature evaporate. With my coach Taylor, I have a home base that I can land on every week to evaluate the hurricane of the last 7 days and set course for the next 7 to come. I could in theory use a bunch of alarms and notifications to guide me to my goals, but in practice, I just lose interest and respect for these machines/ robots and am genuinely bothered by the lack of emotion and real-world accountability and relatability that they possess. When there is another person attached to the plan that knows my story and is accountable to part of the forward journey with me, I feel like I simply get more done and stay the course, even when the chaos stands before me.

Having a "second brain" to support, distill, and keep you accountable on your most important tasks and objectives is worth its weight in gold!

CommitAction and Peter Shallard are the best support partners for the life of an entrepreneur!
