Commit ActionReviews of commitaction.com

I'm creative, committed and recovering from a brain injury that impacted my decision-making capacity. As an entrepreneur, making the right decisions, iterating and refining are the most important things for me. I just happen to live in a brain that doesn't do those well. CommitAction is the brain outside my brain that helps me develop beyond what used to feel like a limitation. Their methodology helps me learn better decision-making and where to apply the natural discipline I already have in ways that would never occur inside my own head. Hands down, the best money I've ever spent since starting my own business.

This type of coaching is EXACTLY what I was hoping for in my freelance career. As a creative person, I have a hard time with schedules and prioritizing. So having a dedicated coach who is assigned to me and basically has become my business partner and boss — what else could I wish for? And it's very affordable, because they use technology to keep track of stuff. The investment pays off. One of the biggest gifts so far, and the first milestone that we hit, was setting up and protecting my time off. I now officially have two days off per week, I enjoy them thoroughly. It is invaluable to my inner peace and productivity.

Commit Action is a vital part of my business. By holding me accountable and helping break big projects in weekly chunks, I've been able to accomplish more than I ever imagined. If you run a business, Commit Action is for you.

Working with my Commit Action coach has been wonderful. It helps me cut through a lot of the “syndromes” that hold a lot of entrepreneurs back like analysis-paralysis, and shiny-object-syndrome. Having an accountability coach helps me stay focused on taking the RIGHT action so that I stay focused on where I want to go. Personally, I don’t suffer from procrastination, but I do tend to get a LOT of ideas and I tend to overthink all of those ideas. Working with Commit Action has forced me to triage my brain and business every week and to pick THREE (just THREE) top priorities to focus on each week. As my own boss, I also tend to let myself off the hook when I move out of my comfort zone. Having a coach to help me set bold action goals is great, and then being held accountable to actually PUSH PAST MY LIMITS has been even better. All entrepreneurs need that support and encouragement I think. I like that my coach, Hannah, doesn’t let me bowl her over either. She stands her ground on what’s best for me and always gives it to me straight. Entrepreneurs are also often surrounded by yes-men so this is refreshing as well.

I've been having my weekly coaching and accountability calls with Alex at Commit Action since 2014! And there's a reason why I continue to leverage CA 7 years later (and will continue to do so)- IT WORKS! If you're committed to drawing the best out of yourself through an optimal productivity philosophy, Commit Action will help you. Massive thanks Alex and Peter. 😁

Commit Action has been helpful for me to get focus on my true priorities and take effective action. I definitely have "shiny object syndrome" and Commit Action helps me get back to my projects that actually move the needle forward!

Commit Action has created an accountablity system for me resulting in an increased income from side hustle projects, getting a new job more in line with my values and personal growth, making wonderful progress on creative projects I have been procrastinating for years, and all while keeping energy and time for other important parts of my life like mental heath, fitness, nutrition, and spending time with my family. I feel my weekly calls with my coach reinvigorate and focus me for the week and help me deal with, not succumb to, the feelings of overwhelm, allowing to overcome personal obstacles and do more than I thought I might be able to do.

The cornerstone of my week. I basically arrange my entire work week around setting 3 priorities with my CA coach then being held accountable for completing them. I am better at starting projects than I am at finishing them so CA is how I stay on track. I can't imagine running my business without them.
