Thila has been an amazing Commit Action Coach these past 7 months. She has opened my mind to focusing on higher-leverage, higher-earning activities, honing my skills, and setting my business up for success with a winning marketing strategy. Instead of constantly focusing on getting more $300–$900 jobs at our shop, we’re now aiming for $10,000 clients. And the crazy part? We’ve already closed a few of them! I’m so stoked!! This is the way. Why wasn’t I doing this before?! 🤣 Honestly, I didn’t have Commit Action—and I didn’t have Thila helping me see the bigger picture and keeping me accountable. But beyond the amazing business guidance, Thila has been such a great coach on a personal level too. She has the perfect balance of challenging me when I need to be pushed, while also being incredibly caring and supportive when I’m struggling or feeling overwhelmed. I joke about it sometimes, but she understands my own psychology better than I do 🤣 She knows when I’m telling myself I don’t need a push, but I actually do. And somehow, she also knows when I think I can add more to my plate, but what I really need is to slow down and take some time off. She’s incredibly intuitive, sharp, caring, and genuinely invested in helping her clients succeed. I highly recommend working with Thila if you’re serious about growing your business, challenging yourself, and having someone in your corner who will keep you accountable while also recognizing that you’re a human being—not a productivity machine. Like many entrepreneurs, I have ADHD. Unmedicated, I’m creative as hell but with the productivity of a glacier. If I get impactful stuff done, it takes a millennium. With medication, I am less creative and more productive, but I over-focus on busy work as a substitute for real progress. With medication and Commit Action, my production is guided directly by the impact I want to make. My accountability coach helps me make sure my impact is measurable and moves at a visible and sustainable pace. Steady execution of effective action allows my creativity to flourish again. I now have a little business doing great big things and that’s exactly what I wanted. I will be retiring comfortably next year and let my business become my hobby because Commit Action helped me curate an incredible succession team. For the last 10 years, Commit Action has seated me securely at the intersection of preparation and opportunity — helping me make my own luck through very rocky times in a very volatile industry. Great Accountability. Nothing is better than telling your coach what you will be working on. And for the coach to followup with you the next week to make sure you are working on it. Currently working through their Headstart program. I'm optimistic that this will be game changing for me. A great tool for entrepreneurs.
