I had never received the first package. I reached out to ColourPop and had asked what can they do as well as what can I do. Miranda had emailed me and said that I could get a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement and they delivered it in a timely matter to the new address. I got my products and I love them.

I bought 2 eye shadows : - ICE CREAM Super Shock Shadow - TASSEL " " " and I am very happy with my purchase ! Easy to apply, soft texture, lasts all day ! The result is amazing !!!! Regarding shipping, I ordered on 07/21/2024 and I received it on 08/02/2024, from CA USA to French Riviera FRANCE I can add that each item is carefully packaged. I recommend ColourPop

My tracking information didn't work, and the customer service didn't answer for weeks. And then on top of it my package came super late.
