Scam. They charge you $1 for a “free trial”…not free if you charge for it. Then they will automatically take £22.36 out of your account for a month subscription without asking you if you actually want to have a subscription with them. Disgusting.

Although the app is pretty cool. It is not clearly stated that after the initial cheap offer, you will be charged every 3 months for an ongoing subscription.

The Company are not in the least bit honest regarding their charges after luring you in with small charges of what one may look like should you use their styling advice. Then they start charging you a monthly subscription you didn’t sign up for. A most underhand selling technique. What is worse is attempting to cancel said consultation monthly subscription. Ultimately I resorted to my bank explaining my problem and requesting that all attempts made to illicit money from my account are blocked and unauthorised by me. I am hopeful that I never hear from this Company again.

Read the reviews!! I'm annoyed that I didn't see these reviews before I signed up just for $1, then suddenly got charged $29.90. I never received any emails about no subscriptions. It didn't even say so when I paid that $1. Such a scam. I will be disputing with my bank.

Tried this company for a 3-day trial. Had a giggle canceled it. They charged me $1 initially. Now they're charging me $42 this week and guess what you cannot for the life of you cancel at all. When you click on how to cancel, nothing happens when you click on contact us. Nothing happens. No contact information anywhere. I don't know how these places stay in business, but honestly I'm contacting the RCMP about this one. That's enough. I mean these places that take advantage really don't seem to understand that us consumers we have rights and there is an anti-fraud anti-scam unit as the RCMP and they will deal with them internationally. I've had enough of this. I want my money back. I can't even get it back. You cannot literally do anything on their website except for sign up. How charming?. I mean really honestly ripping off people for a living.??? That's only going to last so long. Law enforcement will catch up with them. In the meantime, don't anybody sign up!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They steal your card information and no way to cancel a subscription you disnt sign up for!! I wouldnt even give it a one star!!!! I have to get a new card and I am pissed!

don't pay them nothing, I clicked on "get ur coloranalysis for 1 Dollar" and found out after (for luck only a few min later) that I am now on a suscription plan that I nevee choosed!! Canceling took me longer than the quiz, because it is with strip! be careful don't pay them nothing and if u did, cancel really carefully!!

I would like to cancel my subscription before you charge me but there is no way to do it - your contact form isn't working, and neither is your website or your email! Take this as my formal cancellation!
