Nalákají vás na službu, ale skrytě vám nastaví automatické týdenní/měsíční předplatné na vysokou částku (730 CZK / cca $30), o kterém při platbě jasně neinformují. ​Jakmile zjistíte, že vám strhli peníze a okamžitě kontaktujete jejich podporu se žádostí o refundaci a zrušení, odmítnou vám peníze vrátit! Předplatné sice zruší, ale vaše peníze si bezostyšně nechají. ​Je to čistá past na nepozorné zákazníky. Vyhněte se tomuto webu obloukem a nic zde neplaťte! Pokud jste naletěli, okamžitě si zablokujte platební kartu u své banky, jinak vám budou strhávat peníze dál.

The checkout presented $1 as a one-time payment. Seven days later I was charged $29.90. I received no renewal email, including in spam, and I could not find a visible subscription/cancellation section in my account.

Somehow ended up with a subscription that I didn’t ask for didn’t want and can’t use. Impossible to unsubscribe impossible to get a refund can’t reach anybody. The email for support is not legitimate. I asked my credit card company to dispute the charge and the subscription.

They do not provide a clear user dashboard to edit data or cancel easily. I had to contact my bank to cancel my credit card and issue a formal stop payment to halt the unauthorized charges. Avoid this site at all costs.

Just had a subscription transfer debiting my account with this company that I didn’t sign up for! Emailed twice with no response so now reporting to financial ombudsman and sorting with my bank - absolutely beware of a company that does this - the fact I have nothing in my emails ( eg subscription reminder) is a red flag - disgusting to do this to people

This web site are stealing people money! Once you pay $0.99 for the test, they charge $29.90 for "renew the suscription"!! They don"t give any refund. This website are robbering!
