I did a quiz online to get a hair analysis no pay window popped up I didn't opt in for a paid service I used it once and then they tried to deduct 30 pounds from my account Thats just not right I emailed them right away and cancelled explaining why ..seems like fleecing

What a scam,I only paid .99 cents for a one time ,well I thought. Come to find out i get charged 29.99 dollars.Now I sent them emails to cancel this subscription that I didn't sign up for and no response. How can they get away with this?
