About Collective

Collective is taking on the high cost of healthcare with a simple conviction: the medicines changing people’s lives shouldn’t be priced beyond their reach.Our membership model pools our members’ collective buying power to negotiate the lowest prices from licensed US pharmacies and put the savings where they belong: with the people paying for care. We’re starting with doctor-prescribed, third-party tested compounded GLP-1s, which also comes with ongoing medical and nutrition support. There are also no price hikes when your dose increases, and no bulk medication purchases. Behind Collective is Gunnar Lovelace, co-founder of Thrive Market, who helped make organic groceries affordable for millions of American families. I signed up and paid for tirzepitide on…
I signed up and paid for tirzepitide on October 16. The doctor sent me a message explaining all I needed to know about tirzepitide. However, I was prescribed semaglutide. When I asked the doctor to correct the order I was bluntly told to contact customer service. I’ve contacted customer service several times via the website and via email and have received no response. I believe this company is a complete scam or they are completely incompetent. I’ll be contacting my bank Monday. UPDATE: The doctor responds rapidly, however customer service has still not responded.

I never got my order and this company…
I never got my order and this company wont respond to me. And I want my money back before I pursue legal action and file a charge back

I'm really sorry to hear this. You should never be left wondering where your medication is or have to repeatedly reach out for an update, especially after you've already paid. I've requested some additional information through Trustpilot so I can locate your account and personally escalate this with our support team. I want to make sure we understand what happened with your order and get your concerns addressed as quickly as possible. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and lack of communication. This isn't the experience we want anyone to have with Collective.

STAY AWAY/ DOUBLE BILL NO HIGH DOSE
They tell you one price in the beginning then once you complete they double billed me and there is charges for higher amounts. You have to start at lower dosage!! No can do. Not a good experience. Its AI service

We haven't been able to verify the billing issue described here, but we'd be happy to investigate if you contact us at [email protected] with the information associated with your account. We also want to clarify a couple of things for anyone considering Collective. Our medication pricing does not increase at higher doses, and patients switching from another GLP-1 do not necessarily need to restart at the lowest dose. Your prescribing clinician reviews your treatment history and determines the appropriate starting dose based on your individual circumstances.
