The forms are powerful and easy to use. When I've had questions about a complex workflow, support has been very responsive and found great answers. I've used a few other form builders, Cognito has been the most user friendly so far.

The platform is terrific. Some of the logic has been tricky but manageable when it's time to do advanced stuff. PowerApps flow integration is mostly painless as well.

The product is great, but only on the paid plans. Free plan has nothing else to offer than a normal form builder (and in my opinion, is even more complicated and offers less design options). Also, would be great if there were more resources and FAQs, although every time I reached out to customer service, they replied super fast and solved my queries.
