Cognito is great and I'm still learning about it. what I suggest may already be available but it is not obvious to me. Would be great if the calculation function could be added to complicated custom rating scales. for example, we have designed rating scales that provide information on what certain ratings should relate to. each rating scale is it's own question. the calculation function cannot add the scores from the rating scales. Some of the surveys we prepare need to have the questions numbered. it would be great if this could occur automatically and then update the numbering if a question was deleted or hidden.

I'm a web developer and some of my clients contact form goes to their spam folder. I was told it has to do with the client's shared hosting server. So I chose to use Cognito to resolve this issue. It prevents the forms from going to spam about 95% of the time. I've been on their $10/month plan just to remove their "Powered by Cognito" on the forms on the clients websites. Now they have increased the price up to $15/month (50%). Here in Canada, that's going from paying $13.50/month to $20/month. I don't like when companies use low price to take you in then try to double or triple it in the coming years. I have now found an alternative solution and planning on cancelling their service.

I have set up the forms ready to be used at the beginning of 2023 for our coming show. They look really good and we are looking forward to using them

Forms are a little confusing until you get the hang of it, but overall, user friendly.

Rules need to be buildable. I shouldn't be able to select this option without first selecting that option.

It’s fantastic but… I was hoping the spreadsheet would collate the individual events people had entered, rather than the category/grouping above the individual events..

As a freelance ID, I constantly shift and acclimate to new digital tools the client requires me to use. Cognito Forms was simple to understand, and absolutely loved the ease of creating customized forms. The team really thought of the full experience for the user.
