Excellent for my therapy practice

Excellent product, but the one thing the free version needs is the ability to not just email a third party (one is fine), but to send a copy of responses to the individual filling in a form. This is a fundamental need that needs to be included in the non-paid version. For non-profit organisations (in our case less that 50 members), a year's subscription for 4 times a year puts the system out of reach. That's all that's missing for a 5 star.

It was straightforward and the didn’t take much time apart from the log in process of having to copy and paste a new password after saving the work and coming back as I did not remember the original password .

Easy and great to use

For as simple and straightforward this app can do a lot. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for no-coding apps to look at Cognito Forms first before going into deeper waters with more complicated sites.
