Bought the license to test the app for one specific software - SketchUp. Wasn't even able to install it, always getting an error in the process. Asked for refund in 10 minutes from purchase and got rejected. It's their right to keep the money, but it's really bad customer service especially when their software is useless for the purpose I bought it for.

Hi Oleksandr, thanks for flagging this, and sorry the install error got in the way of testing SketchUp specifically, since that's obviously the whole point of buying the license in the first place. Here's the thing about why refunds work the way they do on our end: we offer a full 14 day free trial precisely because we know CrossOver won't run every app perfectly on every setup, and that trial period exists so you can find out whether SketchUp works for you before any money changes hands. Once a purchase goes through, we're not able to reverse that just because an install hit a snag, since the trial was the designated window for catching exactly this kind of issue. It's not that we're trying to be stingy about it, it's that the trial and the purchase serve two different purposes, and skipping straight to a purchase means skipping the part where we'd normally troubleshoot with you first.
