I enrolled for free trial and didn't…
I enrolled for free trial and didn't use at all and cancelled same day. Still after few days I got email to confirm the account which I didn't do. Now, my money got deducted - they need to more transparent and people should pay money for subscription and content , rather than such organisation charging via these means

Hi Sharad, We are sad to hear your experience was not a good one, however, the following should be made clear. CodeMonkey made the process as transparent as possible for parents when signing up. Throughout the entire process we specify that when signing up you will receive a free trial and when that free trial ends, you will be billed, unless the trial was not canceled before. After all, you have inserted your financial details in the system, so you can not be surprised that we billed you. From our records, you have cancelled your subscription the day after the free trial ended. This is why you were billed. Moreover, after you cancelled your subscription, you have received a full refund. This shows the system is working as it should and CodeMonkey was transparent and responsive as it could be.
