Good product but poor customer service
Good product but poor customer service. There’s no way to reset your child’s progress so I emailed them to delete their account so I could recreate it. Instead they canceled my subscription. I had an annual subscription, used it for just a week, and they canceled the subscription and refunded only half the subscription cost. I tried contacting them over the next 3 weeks and several support agents replied but just left me hanging with no resolution. Ended up disputing the charge through my credit card. Won’t sign up again even though my kid enjoyed it, going to find an alternative.

We apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding in this matter. We have improved our internal protocols on the matter to prevent future misunderstandings. However, it should be mentioned that resetting a kid's progress is not possible as progress is individual per child and allowing users to reset a kid's progress will enable them to use 1 subscription to multiple kids. If a user has more than 1 kid, they can purchase a family plan that includes more kids accounts.
