We have only ordered our furniture. Still waiting for a delivery. Too early to give you an honest opinion on your customer service in general.

There were lots of sales people but none of them were high pressure. Once we made our choice the paper work was easy and we were out the door

A beautiful store with great furniture and accessory options. Staff members are very attentive. Would recommend the Heath store to anyone shopping for furniture ideas.

We have shopped at Coconis for years. We love the Flex Steel furniture. Customer Sales Rep. was excellent and patient with us. Our only problem was the check out procedure, way too time consuming. I would think that in this time period you would be more computerized with the check out and your sales people would not have to do all by handwriting tickets (between 20 and 30 minutes of us just waiting to check out. Hopefully our new furniture we be received in the time period that was quoted. Thank you. Chris

Angie did an amazing job! I never felt pressured to buy and she wanted to make sure it was what we wanted. She was very patient with us and we even took samples home to make sure it was going to match. I can’t wait to see my new couch! Thank you Angie for an awesome experience!

Absolutely wonderful service from the time I walked in the door though the delivery of my purchase. My salesman was very patient with me and showed me all my options, the prices were great also.
