Mom Boss = Life-Changing Experience
I joined Mom Boss in 2023 at one of the lowest points in my life. I felt overweight, overwhelmed, unsupported and just so unhappy. Fast forward to today, and I can confidently say I feel amazing! I feel like me again – actually, a better version of me. I’ve lost 30+ pounds (and counting), but more importantly, I’ve gained confidence, strength, an amazing sisterhood, and a deep sense of happiness – not just in how I look, but in how I FEEL both inside and out. This program truly works if you work it, and I’m living proof. What makes Mom Boss different is that it’s not just another fitness program—it’s a true support system. Coach Riona and all of the coaches genuinely care about the women in the program, and it shows. They proactively check in to make sure you don’t slip through the cracks. There are also multiple touchpoints each week for guidance, accountability, and encouragement, so you never feel like you’re doing this alone. I also love that there are opportunities to take your journey to the next level, but there’s no pressure. Even if you stick to the base program, you will see results as long as you show up, do the work, lean into the group, and reach out to the coaches for support. This program, this community is truly unmatched. You’re surrounded by women who get it, who uplift you, and who celebrate your wins—big or small. Thanks to Mom Boss, I’m a healthier, happier version of myself, and I know I’ll never go back to that old version of me again. I’ve made fitness and wellness a true lifestyle by building balanced, realistic, and sustainable habits that actually work and stick! I even chose to become a lifetime member because I honestly don’t know what I’d do without my Mom Boss sisters—and I’m so grateful that I never have to find out. Joining Mom Boss has been a life-changing experience and one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself, hands down. I’m so glad I said yes to this program and to myself. No notes. No regrets. Highly recommend.
