Very detailed and professional reporting!

I'm not sure what was actually done to investigate or make an attempt to recover the funds. I gave the information to CNC with a promise that the funds could b recovered. However, nothing was recovered and no explanation was given. I was given hope when I initially submitted the data to CNC. I sent a follow-up email after not hearing back after a few weeks. Scammers have not only scammed me and others but no one has figured this out. I am hoping that with the advent of new AI technology, companies like yours, will have greater success.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that the investigation was completed and a detailed report was sent to you on December 24. To ensure it was not missed, we have resent the report again today. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to walk through the findings, explain what was identified during the investigation, and address any questions or concerns you may have. These cases are understandably frustrating, and a conversation allows us to review the work together in a clear and transparent way. Please feel free to get in touch so we can go over the report with you.
I already submitted a review based on the fact that the CNC report (5k down the drain) was inaccurate, however I finally received an email stating this from LE as evidence to provide to CNC. I was lucky the LE agency I’m dealing with has an expert to trace stolen assets who conducted am accurate report (for free of course). I have tried to contact CNC for over a year with no response (they only seem to respond to my reviews here and BBB) and recently booked a call with Mr. Datta for today, 28 Dec 25 for at 1230 HST and they let me waiting once again. On another note, it seems like a lot of the good reviews here, it’s for pro bono services. I found that baffling because if they do pro bono why they refuse to acknowledge my claim after paying them full price for a report that was validated by LE to be inaccurate. It really doesn’t make any sense to me!

Dear Ms. Guerrero, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how frustrating and emotionally difficult fraud cases can be, and we take feedback seriously. To clarify a few important points for readers: CNC Intelligence was engaged to perform a forensic asset tracing investigation. That investigation was completed, and a full report and supporting materials were delivered based on the transaction data provided at the time. This is the specific service that was purchased and provided. In cases involving cryptocurrency and financial intelligence, different investigators may rely on different tools, datasets, or intelligence sources, and information can evolve over time. A law enforcement agency conducting its own analysis does not mean that a prior investigative report was inaccurate; it reflects differences in methodology, timing, and available intelligence. Our team is always willing to explain our methodology directly to investigators when contacted. Regarding communication, our records show that multiple consultations and follow-ups were provided during the course of the engagement. We do not intentionally ignore clients, and we remain available to speak by phone or through the client portal. If there was a scheduling or technical issue related to a recent call, we encourage you to contact us directly so it can be addressed. With respect to pro bono work, CNC Intelligence occasionally provides limited assistance on a discretionary basis for certain cases, such as law enforcement support or victim education. This does not affect, diminish, or invalidate paid investigative work performed for other clients. We understand that outcomes in fraud cases are not always what victims hope for, but we stand by the investigative work completed and delivered in this case. We remain open to constructive dialogue and are available to discuss any specific questions about the report or its methodology. Sincerely, CNC Intelligence Inc.
