Your order shipped on 9/11, just a day after being placed on 9/10 — well ahead of the 15–30 business day lead time listed on the product page — and USPS delivered it on 9/16. Hi Justin, We're sorry to hear about the issue with your Mk57 upper and the frustration with the process so far. We understand how disappointing it is to deal with a failure on a product you're counting on, and we want to make sure this gets resolved the right way. A few things I want to address directly: On the ammunition determination — we understand that's a frustrating outcome, especially after taking the time to document the damage with photos. Our Lifetime Quality Guarantee doesn't cover damage tied to incompatible, hand-loaded, or reloaded ammunition, so our tech team has to review and rule that out before a defect claim can move forward. On lead times — our upper receivers are build-to-order, and the 15-30 business day timeframe for that category is listed on the product page prior to purchase. Your new order isn't past that window yet, but we recognize that doesn't help much when you're waiting on a replacement for a part that already failed you. On contact options — we hear this a lot, and it's fair feedback. Email is our primary support channel right now, but we'll make sure your case gets a real look.
