Club Quarters HotelsReviews of clubquartershotels.com

Myself and my daughter stayed at the Club Quarter hotel just beside London bridge for 2 nights last week. The hotel room size was massive for the city of London which was great in comparison to the sizes of other rooms in other hotels. The check in was so easy and convenient as it was on ipads with really easy instructions. Thankfully our room was ready when we arrived off our train at 11am so that was a bonus. The room was spotless with all the amenities you would need...iron...safe...hairdryer and toiletries. We bed was so comfy and the pillows were a dream which meant we had a good rest. We didn't book breakfast so cant review that. One other thing that was brilliant was at the end of the corridor they had reusable recycled bottles with a cold water machine where you can help yourself to free water which was amazing as London was 33 degrees that weekend. Overall an amazing stay at a great competitive price. Will def stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you Oscar at CLub Quarters cafe in St Pauls for your service and making an afternoon using the facilities welcoming and pleasant during the hot weather.

Went to the Club quarters hotel covent garden and was nicely welcomed by Dilawar. He showed great hospitality and comprehension after our room was cancelled in another hotel. They even offered us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend. It is well placed in London

We stayed here for 4 nights and, quite honestly, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. For the entire duration of our stay, the room was not cleaned once. Towels were never changed, and used/dirty towels were left in the room the whole time. We repeatedly contacted the front desk asking for clean towels and basic tea/coffee refills — nothing was ever brought up. To make matters worse, food boxes and rubbish were left in the room for multiple days, with bins piling up and no housekeeping support whatsoever. This wasn’t a one-off oversight — it was consistent across the entire stay. After returning home, I raised this directly with the hotel. Initial contact was made, but since then the communication has been extremely poor. I’ve had to chase repeatedly, including making international calls from the UK, where I was hung up on multiple times. Weeks later, the issue is still not properly resolved. This goes beyond inconvenience — it’s a complete failure of basic hotel service and customer care. Very disappointing experience overall.

Terrible and please be warned against ever staying with this Hotel chain - this is the first negative Review I have ever had to write since the internet was founded and my first experience of this hotel chain as a frequent internationally traveller. Judge for yourselves but this is the experience I had : I arrived for a pre booked and paid for room on Friday 18th November at 5.45 pm at the Club Quarters Hotel London City - earlier in the day I had had a concerning call where the operator seemed to be saying that if I had been charged twice for the room it was non refundable. I alerted our superb private bank and our concern was well met and supported and it was confirmed the money for the room had been transferred although a block was put on our cad for Club Quarters Hotels for any further payments for securty. On arrival at this 'Hotel' the pre booked and paid for confirmed booking was not registered with door staff. I was offered a room to change and after putting on my DJ for an important City event close by there was still not a room available - their system was still showing that booking had not been confirmed despite the money having been taken from our account. I had already called our superb private bank who had confirmed directly with the Club Quarters staff that the money for the booking had already been taken by Club Quarters. There was no care or effort to explain or make a room available despite the evidence of payment having being provided. I would not book or stay at Club Quarter under any circumstances - the staff are unhelpful, and there is an emphasis on taking your money with no responsibility for service. I would suggest this is the result of very poor management from the top as I got the same feeling from both door staff and early call in the day . Our bank have refunded the money for the booking as they know our integrity well. I would describe the behaviour of the hotel as close to fraud - taking your money and not providing the service in terms of a room, door service and any level of integrity. Please be warned.

I booked a family stay at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square (August 2025) after a previous serious incident at the hotel. The management offered me a complimentary night and a preferential rate for the rest of the stay, which I accepted in writing. From the very beginning I requested two rooms. The hotel confirmed “everything has been booked for you” but never clarified that their preferential rate only applied to one room. On arrival, I was unexpectedly charged a much higher rate for the second room. I felt misled and embarrassed, and despite raising the issue with management, the hotel has refused to honour the written agreement in full. I am now pursuing the matter with my bank and consumer authorities in the UK. I would caution other travellers to get every detail in writing, and be very careful about relying on what management at this hotel promises.

The place is absolutely awful. Their age guidelines for check in are difficult to find on their website as is, so imagine my surprise when I find out I can’t check in. After being denied a refund, I’m now forced to be homeless in San Francisco for a weekend and down $400. This place is awful, don’t go here.

We’re currently sat in the lounge where we’ve been asked to wait for another 15 minutes because housekeeping are between. It’s 16:05 at the moment & our room should be available from 15:00, not a great start considering the price & we’re here for 2 nights…
