In the beginning the services was ok. Later the service deteriorated, becoming abusive and even sexist. When I had issues with the platform caused by technical problems of the system, the solutions given were not helpful. Rather than trying to understand the problem, I received generic and condescending answers. I was even told that "they could not treat me as a princess", when I was asking for a professional and efficient service. When I ask to cancel the service, they charge after I send two mails with the cancellation request.

Customer service will purposefully misunderstand you (or they are not bothering to actually read your messages) and it takes HOURS to actually convince them that you have a problem, and there is no phone support so you basically have to write an essay every time you have an issue (and you will have a lot of issues, they completely updates and overhauled the system a few weeks ago and everything is broken now). THE SEARCH BAR DOES NOT WORK! if you have a guest with a middle name in their rez you will not be able to pull that person up in search without including their middle name overtime... even if you input their first and last name, it will not come up. They have basically said that it works fine this way and that I should only use the first name when searching for a guest???? so if you have to search for a guest with a common first name good luck! you will be combing thru hundreds of reservations trying to find it

Couldbeds was a true partner in covid times. They had helped us and really make us feel it as a partnership between hostel and pms.

No tienen periodo de pruebas, te engañan con cosas que no son reales para que pruebes la plataforma… y una vez que has pagado la suscripción y no quieres continuar se acabó lo que se daba… pierdes el dinero… No cometas el error, la plataforma es una caquita (porque no me dejan poner la palabra apropiada) y el personal deja mucho que desear… no pierdas tu dinero ni tu tiempo

Son unos sin vergüenzas impresentables, te engañan de mala manera para que pagues para probar la plataforma. En mi caso me intentaron engañar (el comercial se llama javier, asegurándome que podía poner un botón de reserva en mi perfil de instagram) cosa que yo estaba seguro al 100%, pero ante su insistencia y seguridad decidí darles la oportunidad. Al final resulta que era un engaño, pienso que involuntario, pero un engaño a fin de cuentas, dado que eso a día de hoy como pensaba es imposible. No existe periodo de prueba , por lo que el engaño pasa por que pagues para poder probar el profucto. Llevo un mes reclamando los 50€ que me han obligado a pagar para tan solo poder probar la plataforma, en el momento que he visto que su promesa era mentira después de dos semanas que me tuvieron esperando decidí que no era para mi… Al principio me dijeron que probablemente me devolvieran el dinero, pero después de varios emails, whatsapp al comercial, a soporte… a facturación y después de un montón de tiempo perdido no me devuelven el dinero. Un fraude, no os recomiendo si tenéis un alojamiento esta basura de plataforma. Ni por la funcionalidad, ni por el trato, ni por el servicio de soporte, no te responden en tu idioma la mayoría de las veces… Una auténtica decepción, si no tienen versión de prueba por eso será…

We wanted to use this softare to manage our small hostel with 28 beds. We talked about the features that we will have with the plan that we were buying on the phone before buying. They told us we will have 3 apps for free and shared inventory funcion is included. After paying, we are told we need to pay extra for shared inventory and apps we talked that they said free is just integration of the app is free. So We are informed in the begining wrong. We were thinking of two software to use, cloudbeds or Counter app. Counter app is half the price and comes these features with premium planall included. We wanted to cancel the membership, but look what they say, we can cancel but we do not refund. So you cancel but take the money. Interesting. I never had this kind of issue in nowhere. We are using just to save our money then we will cancel it for sure.

They do not want to make a refund for using the service 2 days online We contacted sales , got the information and signed in , when the on boarding was going on we realized that Group reservations was not included we had to call sales manager to get it with the same price, The onboarding process was good in spanish. when the onboarding was finished we realized that The Cloud University for learning to use the system is not in Spanish and wanted to charge us to teach the personal sales is very good in not telling you that everything is in English and our personal is Spanish speaking. we are in Mexico. The first 2 reservations received by Booking arrived without the complete credit card information , we contacted technical support , after 50 minutes waiting on the phone they said sorry it was a glitch cant get the information any more nothing we can . now I have 2 reservations without the CVC Code: and cant charge this non-refundable rate. We decided to cancel the service : False advertisements , they do not explain that training for receptionists, and reservations personal is only in english (cloud university ) , - not getting all the credit card information - very bad technical service , waiting 50 minutes or more every time you want to speak with somebody. - No refund for using the service online for 2 days , all the other time was for the onboarding. ****** We contacted costumer service and got this replay "según nuestros Términos y Condiciones, y igual a otros servicios de suscripción como Netflix, requerimos el pago por adelantado y no hacemos reembolsos por falta de uso; " they compare their services with Netflix , we used the service for 2 days and asked for the refund because it was not working as they offered, and the service in spanish they want to charge extra for it , which they do not disclose at the beginning of the contract
