A cooling tingling sensation is normal. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after few applications. • If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. Do not use Cliradex. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances). In any case, you should rinse-off and discontinue the use of the product and consult your physician if any of these symptoms develop.

Hello Roch, Our apologies for the late response. As indicated on our product page, Cliradex Foam was in backorder. Unfortunately, the expected delivery date has been pushed back. We just received an update on the shipping of Cliradex Light Foam and it appears as though we won't be receiving stock or shipping until the beginning of April.
