The product is good at keeping demodex population at lower level. After using it for a month every night, demodex is still there and the wipes need to be used continuously and maybe indefinitely. That is why I didn't give 5 stars as they are on expensive spectrum.

I had a great experience while speaking to an agent a couple of days ago, I had placed an order and somehow the order did not arrived on the delivery date and the carrier was not providing any details on the package. So I called and spoke to a representative that had the best customer service skills in the industry, she immediately told me not to worry and send me another box that arrived within two days.

These eyelid wipes are used by my husband. He finds them very effective in eliminating the crust on his upper eyelids. However, he was wondering why they aren’t recommended for the lower lids as well?
