Hello James, Thank you for your patience. We stand by our products and services. Your order was shipped on 4/7 with the complimentary Foam sent on 4/12.
It said “may tingle.” It’s close to a slight burn. Too soon to tell , but seems like it’s working well.

placed my order on March 18th and today is April 15th and I still don't have my order

As indicated on the website, our Foam was on backorder, shipping in April. We did receive the inventory and start shipping. Your order was shipped on 4/7. Due to the high volume of orders that we needed to ship, it is taking the post office longer to scan the orders into their systems. We ask that you allow some extra time for the order to be delivered. Our standard delivery is 3-7 business days. I have been having concerning issues with my eyes and eyelids for months. My eyes have been seriously burning, watering and itching constantly. I was put on antibiotic to place on my eyelids and lashes but as soon as I stopped that regiment the burning, itching and watering continued. I don't know if the Cliradex wipes and foam cleaner will cure me but for the first time in months my eyes do not sting and my eyelids don't constantly itch. I use both in the morning and evening. I did research the effects of using T-tree oil for these issues and was happy then relieved to find Cliradex which uses the right formula of T-tree in their products.

I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for foam to arrive in almost out. Not good!!!!!

Game changer! Cliradex has been a lifesaver with my chronic dry eye, blepharitis, and meibomian gland disease. They have an awesome cooling effect and are great for cleaning your eyelashes and lids.
