I use the product twice a day and have for years, and plan to continue to use it. When I placed my order, the wrong address was attached to it, I tried to call immediately (office closed), so sent an email that was never answered. The package did finally reach me at the correct address.

I saw my upper eye lids were puffy and was diagnosed with Blepharitis by the ophthalmologist. I researched and found Cliradex. I've used the towelettes for at least 2 months and while the puffiness remained I thought it was better. I went to an optometrist who treats dry eyes and when he examined my eyes and he then told me I had Blepharitis. I told him I had been treating it diligently with Cliradex twice a day and it looked good to me. He said if I hadn't told him he would have thought I never treated it. He then showed me the picture of my eye lids that he took and it made me sick. There was so much residue along the entire eyebrow it literally grossed me out. The Cliradex may have cleaned what I could see, but definitely left a lot of what still needs to be treated. Since I had been treating for over 2 months and there was a "Risk Free Guarantee', I decided to call them for a refund. Well, it is a Risk Free Guarantee and they did make good on it for the last order, but the guarantee is only a 30 day guarantee. Considering I'm still in the same position as I was before starting the regimen, I think "risk free" should include the entire purchase, since I now have to start all over with a different product.

I had itchy, sticky eyes, especially when I woke up in the mornings. My eye dr. suggested Cliradex wipes to help cleanse the eyes before I went to sleep. I use it nightly and am 95% improved! I’m 70 and need every help I can get!

The foam works well, but the travel packets are too strong and burn. Also way too expensive for what you get

I have been pleased with both the Cliradex wipes and the foam. These have been by far the most effective products I have used for eyelid health. Both are quick and easy to use. I also appreciate the prompt mail order service.
