I had purchased Cliradex lid wipes in early 2019 when I developed chronic blepharitis. I used the wipes 2x/week and though it burnt like crazy, my eyes felt better afterwards. I didn't seem to have any side effects, except for the initial burning immediately after application and some mild dryness around the eyes. Eventually, I found an ophthalmologist who prescribed a medication (Lotemax gel) that helped me get through the worst parts of my chronic condition so I stopped using Claridex after that. Fast forward a year later and my eyes started to have blepharitis again, despite my excellent eye hygiene! I purchased Cliradex again, but when I used the wipe the same way as before, it burnt my eyelid to a crisp, leaving me with a massive scab on the lid, which took two weeks to heal! I think I've now developed an allergy to the tea tree oil in this product? I called Cliradex and spoke with a really nice representative who ended up talking to someone else and told me to stop using the towelettes immediately. Beyond that, they volunteered (I never asked) to refund my money without making me return the remainder of the product! That was so unexpected and such great costumer service. Even though I was no longer able to use their product due to my allergies, this gesture alone would make me recommend their products, because the company stands behind what they sell! If the product works for you, go for it!

This is terrific if you have an issue with eyelash mites. It really works!
