It's not a miracle cure, but it is effective, more so than the many other such blepharitis-cleansing agents. I dislike the smell and, paradoxically, it kind of irritates my eyes--but only momentarily. It's visibly better than the others, no pun intended! I gave it 4-stars because it was better than average. I'm not prepared to say "great" quite yet, but I will certainly re-order it! Full disclosure:I've struggled with this condition for many, many years, so one could say I have a bad case of it!

I ordered on line with a Father's Day promo code and it did not apply the $8.00 dollar discount once the total was entered. I called and left a message for customer service to call me and no one called me back.
