This is an autoship order that was not supposed to go through for 20 more days. It processed early. I tried to contact customer service but could not reach them by phone. I received no response to my Facebook messages, either, which the website instructed me to use.

I was unable to find your product at pharmacies in my area, so I had to order it from your office. This delayed my reordering, and I think it should be easily available It also took several more days to get the product delivered than I thought it would, which led to a time when I did not have it to use. Can you fix this?

I've only been using Cliradex for about a week, so it's hard to gauge how well it's working. I'm only giving three stars because it burns intensely for about a minute, which wasn't mentioned in the ad, and I think it's dishonest. The burning makes me reluctant to continue using because I'm concerned about side effects.

We understand your concern and want to reassure you that a cooling tingling sensation is normal. Cliradex® is a natural, preservative-free eyelid, lash, and facial cleanser formulated from the main component of tea tree oil, 4-Terpineol (T4O). This tingling sensation is a common occurrence with tea tree oil, but a burning sensation is not. If you feel burning, you might be experiencing something else. • For instance, if your skin is already compromised or wounded, it will sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • Another reason may be that you're experiencing a reaction to the T4O from the tea tree oil. Here are a few tips to using Cliradex if you have sensitive skin: 1) Always test a patch of skin on your arm to see how you will react to the T40, mainly if you've never used tea tree oil. 2) Avoid using Cliradex after bathing as pores may be exfoliated and exposed. 3) Wipe your eyelids and eye area gently while keeping your eyes closed. 4) Avoid getting Cliradex in your eyes. 5) Keep your eyes closed for about 15-30 seconds as the area dries. We recommend that during the application you: 1) Close your eyes firmly. 2) Gently wipe the foam or towelette across the lid and surrounding eye area without pressing it too hard on the eye or into the corners of the eye. 3) Allow the foam or solution to air-dry briefly (15-30 seconds) before opening your eyes. While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex. I have chronic blepharitis due to dry eye syndrome and the frequent Rex eye drops I use. I ordered Cliradex Light hoping it would help with the itching and creepy-crawly (from mites!) irritation along the lash line. Here’s what happened: The first application burned like holy hell. I expected this due to how irritated my eyelids were. I actually withstood the burning as long as I could and then help a cold, wet washcloth to my eyes to ease it. The good news is that the itching and crawling feeling stopped immediately. I took a deep breath and used the Cliradex foam again the next day; some serious stinging but I was able tolerate it. The third day was much better. And today I experienced only a cooling sensation. The relief from the itching is instant. I am tickled to finally have a product that relieves these symptoms. The foam is dispensed from a small container that travels well, too.

My package came insde a USPS separate box because the original looked like it was run over by a truck, boxes were crushed flat

Love this. My eyes had been seriously watering every night. Had trouble falling asleep because of my watering eyes. Ordered and began using Cliradex and could tell a huge difference within days. Now I'd be lost without it!

My sister's eye doctor told my sister she needed to use the Cliradex wipes. As she has no computer, I ordered them for work. She says they work VERY well and has helped her problem. Thank you!

I have been very happy with Cliradex...I use it now as a way to maintain my eye lid health. It has a refreshing & clean feeling. I prefer the wipes but have used the foam as well. Shipping is always very fast...with frequent sales to boot. I highly recommend Cliradex and their customer service.
