Terrible customer service. I wasted at least one hour trying to speak with their customer service rep to get a coupon to work. I am not even sure when my wipes are arriving. It’s been week ago I ordered them.

Ordering is easy and straight forward.

Took a week to arrive, so that was reasonable.

On my last order (1) box of wipes seemed dry when you open each of them. One box is fine, other box wipes are dry. I'm hoping thats not the case with this new order.

It's very important to keep your eyes shut tight while using this product!
